@@HODLHAHA he died in january 2024 in a ukrainian prison, tortured by other inmates and ignored while he developed pneumonia. He was accused of propaganda against ukraine during the war. Yes, he was stupid to do so, but he didn't deserve that fate and it makes you wonder about your actual freedom to speak your mind in this "civilized" and "democratic" world we live in.

He is better that therapists because he is not poltically correct. I literally cried right with tiers righ now. He died. But Gonzalo Lira lives on youtube talking about his life and experiences on youtube. He was killed in jail. I can't believe it. He recorded all these videos for his sons. What an amazing, smart father.

I moved to Mexico from the US 6 months ago. I'm pretty lonely lots of the time. I spent a lot of time drinking in the evenings and right now I'm trying to cut that out of my life. But I also use a lot of that time to read things in Spanish and work on my grammar exercises. The hope is that when new people enter into my life I'll at least be able to talk to them. I also spend a bunch of time walking around the city and the surrounding areas. I've lost about 30 lb so far. Next week I'm closing on a house which is next to a huge athletic complex. I plan to start hitting the gym again.

good advice. I realize this in my life last year and bought an old 350Z for racing and took it to several tracks already & the most fun I've had in years. now I have no patience for video games or streaming TV when the car needs my attention. on drawback is I'm spending a lot of money that I used to save but getting out of the house and meeting a lot of new people is worth it

After 13 years I'm 8 months out from it all and definitely feel empty and just existing not living. Happened when I was 24 now I'm 38 and it all ended. Cleaned out and took the family car from me. Kratom is what's helping me keep some sort of sanity and the empty feeling away and keeping some small motivation. It's so shattering i never knew a person could do this much damage to another human. Wouldn't wish this on anyone. Don't be a step dad and give u r all into it. It's not worth the pain man. They all leave in the end no matter how beta or alpha you become or are.

Number one skill for this is writing on paper and obey what you write. That simple trick beats your mood swings, your emotional animal nature. Write down and make small but steady steps every day, then reward yourself. Always trick yourself to make one step. Never imagine the full path. Because when you make the first step, your POV and mood instantly change. Once you learn this training, you can go for bigger goals Just don't try to skip forward, your subconsciousness will resist and it will not work. read Maximum Achievement, Atomic Habits and Compound Effect
