If you don’t like the music grab your headphones & listen to your own.Follow along on your tv or pc. That’s what I do

Great program Ali, just one request- please make the volume of your timer beeps louder. Its hard to hear with the music and a little frustrating if the phone is not in eyesight.

What a great workout, I finally completed it , it was awesome, can I do flow series 6 days a week ?,there is no problem by doing it?,Thank you coach ali for great workouts

Hi @SyedRosedarAnas that's a great question. So a generic answer to this question would be that you would not train full body every day as it doesn't allow sufficient recovery per muscle group however I'm aware that lots of my audience like to train 4-5 or even 6 days a week so you'll notice I've emphasized on different areas on sequential videos so while they encompass full body in it's nature they are still somewhat separately focused to allow viewers to train regularly without breaking the rules 😀

I love your workout, but - Im sorry - I hate your music. The text in the middle of the sets didn't work for me. It would have been better as a voice over. It was really hard to do the exercises while trying to see what you were doing and trying to read the tiny text. Love the workout. But I hope you change the presentation. Thanks.

You're the life of the party aren't you! LOL couldn't disagree with you more. The voiceover should be at the start of the workout exactly where it is. No point repeating the same voiceover. I like having something to read while I'm resting. It reinforces what he said in the voiceover in a different way. The music is fine too. It's upbeat and I understand to monetize the workout it needs to be licensed music not commercial. So coach just ignore the obvious gookie comment 👍
