Hi Prof, Thanks a lot for your lessons. My background is a civil engineer with 20 years of experience in Vietnam and Canada. I am quite new in construction industry in Canada. I am looking for a mentor. It’s hard to find the mentor. Could you please advise?

Mentors don’t have to know they are your mentor. Often just watching and asking questions like those can be helpful. Also mentors can come from books….. But if you have an excellent boss you can draw a lot of knowledge from them.
