I'm not a fan of high-intensity workouts with all the chat and loud music but I liked this workout collaboration. Everything seems to blend together, her voice was not annoying, the music wasn't super loud and the workout looks like so much fun. I love it! I'm saving this for my more energic days when I need something upbeat to give my a endorphins lift! Thank you! This workout looks challenging but I know I'm going to enjoy it! This gets a big thumbs up from me! 💖💖

Great workout! I was at my parents house and didn't have weights, so I used two 8 ounce bottles of lotion and still felt the burn! I can't imagine 3 pound weights for that part. Great total body workout

This is such a great workout, but I have to say the sound quality makes it really hard to follow. In the spirit of just making these better, please note: the music is drowning the verbal queues and the overall hollow from the space makes it all hard to hear. There are also some odd cut-offs, where the transitions are cut out. BUT, that said, my body appreciates this workout today - thank you.

Any suggestions to help with foot cramps when the toe is pointed? Loved the workout!

Try stretching your feet against a wall (also great for hamstrings) and flexing them with your hands before and after the workout. It takes so much practice for the foot and leg muscles to get comfortable with tendu, you're not alone! It may also help to take SIPS of water in between the circuits, as cramping is also a sign of mild dehydration.

Jana is so sweet and kind like you. I did all video, but it's not for me, the speed and the intensity, and some positions doesn't work well on me, I felt pain in my feet fingers... I appreciate your speed and intensity in your exercises, 'cause I can be focus on doing well.
