Hey Kel, I commented 8 months ago how much I like this workout. I was working out a lot, including this one, to prepare for pretty substantial breast reconstruction surgery post-cancer. In a nutshell I had a tummy tuck from which was taken the material needed to transplant into what was left of my breast. Four days in hospital, 8 week's recovery and I started exercising gently again in December. Today I did this workout for the first time in 7 months and I did it!!! Had to make some modifications around the abdominal stuff but I feel great! Thank you so much!

This 45 minute barre workout is perfect! As a mother I only have 30-45 minutes available to workout & want to make the most of those minutes. (Let’s be honest, I don’t really want to workout more than 45 minutes either.) Warm up, arms, butt, abs, legs & cool down accomplished in 45 minutes. Bravo! 👏🏼💕🙏🏻🙌🏼

This is the first low impact series of workouts I've ever tried that truly challenged me. My sad joints can't take the jumping of a lot of other high intensity workouts, but I am in good shape, so I like to keep challenging myself to try to maintain. Thank you!

I love this work out! I found your channel by accident and I'm so glad I did. The workouts are definitely challenging, but I feel like they're so much better for me then the typical strength workouts that I have done. I have had back and knee problems on and off, and my joints feel so much safer doing these workouts.

Great workout! Although I've been an exerciser for decades (I'm 66) this one really challenged me but I got through it first time! What I like about your approach is it forces me to work my body in different ways other than just cardio/weight work. I'll be checking out your other workouts for sure!

I just wanted to comment again and say that I've done almost all of your workouts and I enjoy them all, but so far, this particular workout is thee best! I am really feeling it in my lower abs (which I haven't felt in a long time and yes, I workout almost everyday doing different types of workouts), my glutes are sore everywhere in a very good way (on the very top, middle and outer part of the glute) and my middle back feels very worked. My waist feels sore too! I had never done barre before I found your channel a couple of weeks ago. I'm so glad I did. Some years ago I bought a Brazilian Butt Lift video from Beachbody (you always end up paying more than you should) and I found after doing your classes that 90% of the moves used in the video are barre moves! If I had only known... Thanks again Coach. Hope you keep them coming. You're great!

Oh man... I've been doing your workouts for about 4 weeks and thought I was getting in good shape but my abs are killing me after this! All good though, it shows they were doing some work. I love the variety in your classes, some with cool stuff with weights, some with beautiful balances and some with neat press ups, so I don't get bored of doing the same stuff all the time. Thanks for helping me feel so graceful x

Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos. I thought I was unable to do barre classes after I took my first one at a local studio and threw my back out afterwards. I have had a disc fusion and have to be really careful. I really appreciate that you go slower and help us concentrate on form. With your tips and modifications I am able to complete your class without back pain. I love that I can get a full body workout from your videos. I also love your calming voice and that you are also a busy mom like me 😊.

These barre/ballet work outs are SO FUN! I hate "traditional" work outs where there is no flow or movement. I felt like i was hitting cardio for most of the video! not just the end. Thanks for these great full length classes. Also really enjoyed the stretch at the end. It being in the video helped me "budget" out my time and not skip stretching.

This was a challenging routine; I liked the intensity level and the fact that it is low impact, the pacing was faster than a lot of videos I have done and that added some nice cardio. I did find myself wishing for more variety of exercises--I am better at pushing through if there are new movements. Obviously there is repetition for alternate sides, but overall I would love to switch it up more, especially in the glutes section. The instruction was very clear and watching your posture and form was a good reminder to keep aligned.

Im an ex-ballerina and found it hard to keep up my shape (and cardio) after I stopped dancing, once I started university a few years back. I got interested in barre after a friend who's also an ex-dancer suggested it last year. It's great to have those little ballet incorporations that brings me back to my youth (: Plus with COVID mandated isolation hitting Toronto, Im so thankful for Coach Kel''s great workouts I do religiously every morning and some afternoons (:

I did this workout today and really feel like I worked everything! I'm asthmatic so traditional cardio is often hard for me to get my breathing right- this was the perfect balance of actual cardio without just running on the spot! I've been doing your barre workouts and my legs have never felt stronger!
