This actually works. I started in march doing 15 mins 4 times a week and now its aug and im doing 45 mins 5 days a week. Feels great

Look the thing that if u for exemple have already low fat at the belly your exercise result are going to be quickly showed at that area it's like where you hold less fat is where you loose fat first

Reading the science behind that in Covert Bailey's classic book Fit or Fat helped me to understand that...plus personal experience....nothing wrong with all ab workouts though, keeping your core strong is so important.
