Hi ma'am, i am 19 year old badminton player based in England, i wanted to know if there is a way to improve your racket skills at home. Like smashing and defence but i have a small area so some like hitting the walls in my home is really difficult without hitting anything else around me. Do you have any other ideas that i can do ? You can use those resistance band tie it somewhere with a solid base and pull it with a hitting manner... another is instead of doing walling you can throw shuttle to the wall as strong as you can immitating the movement of smashing it to the wall... 😁🏸

Coach ma'am i need some strategies like 'how to build opportunity in badminton shots to win a rally' in my place there is no teaching of tactics strategy i used to watch the professionals rally and note some of shots and try to remember them in a sheet then i try to follow the last 4/5shots how the rally finished but can you help me through this to build my own opportunities. We did not relocate. We hold trainings in different venues but for now our face to face is on hold again due to the high rise of covid cases☹️ Hopefully, when things get better we can resume training face to face. For now, its all online training😁🏸

We need to do 3 set of each exercise? For intermediate player rest is half of the work time means 30sec work :15 sec rest?? We need to do this exercise 2 times in a week??I want to prepare myself for state tournament but bcz of lockdown in our country all academy are closed so i have to prepare and increase my speed being at home. These are all case to case basis depending on your level and strength. Even rest will vary depending on your fitness because if done too much, it might cause you to have injuries.😁🏸

Ofcourse you can. Make sure to get a good coach to teach you the right basics because that will be your base all throughout your badminton career. 😁🏸
