Even if you have limited time to play on the court, you can still work on your stamina for badminton in the comfort of your own home. This video will give you exercises you can easily do so you can last longer when playing this sport, which can often be physically demanding.
Having better stamina is one thing you can work on, and this is so important because this will enable you to play better, especially if you play singles, or if you have opponents with great endurance.

Thank you very much. The lockdown helped a bit since I have a bit more time to work on my own stamina but its not always like that and definitely far from my competitive days but will continue to work for improvement😁🏸

Hi mam after lockdown I am unable to play well than before could you tell me how to get my game back, stamina, how to move on the court quickly, how to lift the smashes,which multies are good to get back and to practice hard and to improve more in less time

Be patient, it will take a few weeks to get your body to adjust but it will!! Do it with caution so you dont get injured... tc!😁🏸

Really good video. I am starting to incorporate these into my off days workout. Can you share how far one should be from the wall during walling? I suspect I stand too far away (like 6 feet) from it.

Before or after your play, have a friend hit it to your backhand a few times each time to work on it. A tip is to go close to the shuttle when hitting a backhand so you can be comfortable and use more strength😁🏸

I will definitely do a video on this and elaborate more but also want to let you know that using your wrist could also sometimes mean not to move it too much and control it otherise shuttle may go back high to your opponent... 😁🏸

Hlo mam Now on this pandemic situation we are able to shop offline coming to point I bought a new yonex t shirt but I had two problems 1.Its a boy's t shirt and 2. It's very loose for me if the t shirt size was S. But my size is M I think boy's and girl's t shirt sizes are different

It really depends on what you’re working on. I would prefer 3x a week and do other exercises on other days😁🏸

Endurance is bearing the difficult situation so that could also mean battling negativity from ur head while stamina refers to physical strength.😁🏸

Hey coach thanks for video ☺️ I have a doubt while playing at a homes we mainly prefer to do wall practice but and sometimes we do not have that much long wall we only use to practice fore hand and back hand shots while continuing a game on court does it affect

I can’t lie i love to eat and people that know me would know that. Looks are a bit deceiving as i need to cut down on carbs and sugar as advised by doctor friends so i do my best to keep exercising in every way I can but its a struggle even for me so lets all work together and make ourselves better 😁🏸
