Coal Chamber were so fucking bad ass in the late 90's....

Early/mid 90's, here! I remember when I first heard them they seemed like a product of the late 90's, but apparently they gave birth to it, along with a few others; it's interesting to see them already doing that their thing like four years earlier than when I first heard them.
@VenomousHigh8 ай бұрын
@@morgellon7877 What's really interesting is that they seem to have influenced Korn as much as the latter influenced them, at least early on. Korn didn't have the kind of faster, manic songs that CC are known for until they recorded Life is Peachy, at which point CC had already recorded their demo, played multiple shows in L.A. (many of which were at this venue) and toured at least once. A few of the Life is Peachy songs sound like the Coal Chamber songs that are in this video, whereas a few of CC's later songs that were written for the debut full-length sound closer in structure to the early Korn songs.

This show is in C#.... Their first album was in A... same as Korn. Probably the producers idea. Because they also made the bass sound exactly like Fieldys on that record.
