Thanks for sharing this awesome viddie mate, I throughly enjoyed seeing you find that phat stack of good pay earth. Also thanks for sharing the Grizzly footage, it was awesome to see him so happy on the creek with his dad. I feel your pain all to well, having lost a few special furry persons in my life too I understand the pain, that said I am so happy that you have sooooo much amazing footage of your little boy that you can look back on and remember what a good boy he was. I wish I had a quarter of that much video of my girls. You have taught me many lessons through your videos about gold prospecting, treasure hunting, depression and PTSD (which I also live with), but also to cherish the time I have with my fuzzy companions! Also, hello from Seattle!

Hi Chris, may a ask you a question about hot rock? I found in a river several rocks in different sizes, some reddish-brown some are more blackish. When I go over with my AT Gold (Disc 1 and 35 for iron discrimination) it makes it freak out. The rock is porous, not very heavy and barely reacts to an magnet. Is this stuff what prospectors call hot rock? I can´t see any mineralisation with the magnifier. What is that stuff?
