Snap.. Lost my baby Boo last year.. lost her nana Xena 8yrs before that.. The pain never leaves but it becomes easier to deal with.. At the moment I still have my own Bella but she has cancer the same as the last 2 so it won’t be long now before we say goodbye to her.. All you can do is understand that they had a good life with you, they understood what it is to be loved and cared for.. so many don’t have that 😞

Hi mate, I've been watching your vids for a while and I really really love them all. Sad for your mate who passed away (Grizzly). He was such a beautiful dog. Anyway, I'm a Gold Prospecting Enthusiast as well and I got into it about 7 years ago. I'm truly amazed by this exciting hobby. I'm not into it for money but for the Thrill and the Passion. I got my very first metal detector (Gold Monster 1000) a couple of years ago but never found any gold with it (heaps of junk) Lol. Anyway, I built my own highbanker and found heaps of alluvial gold. I love it 😉

I thought I wanted to be a prospector until I watched this channel. The disapointment in constantly digging up scarp metal would drive me nuts, I would litterally be smashing my detector 1 hour in and screaming at the sky. Now if you had a detector that only signalled on gold then I would consider it. Thanks heaps for your video. Very educational, really loved it. Will watch your other podcast.

Hi sir my favorite thing to do when I’m in the gen mode on the kruzer is to turn the tone pitch up from 33 to maximum 70 it makes the small signals really stand out and helps differentiate between ground noise and a signal you can do this in the fast and boost mode as well crank the tone pitch up

Still miss Lucy champ, especially when I am cooking dinner, she was such a scab!. It will get easier. Also I hate lead now particularly shotgun pellets, the SDC picks them up in places you would swear blind it has to be gold, give that really nice soft sound too!. Bit jealous have too much crap going on at home at the moment so I won't get out detecting for a couple of weeks, I did go and run the sluice for half a day two weeks back got about .3 in gold some cracking zircons a couple around 4 carats and a nice blue sapphire around a carat, but it has a slight inclusion and a touch of green on one end might be able to cut a half carat stone out of it. Am going to go hit a few area's that hold good nuggets next time, it's rained heaps this year so I am hoping some erosion might have occurred and brought some gold up in some tributary banks.

At 7:15 with the hot rock signal...is it possible that a smaller piece of gold at times could be attached to the larger host hot rock which will in turn override a smaller gold signal?? Ole Grizz is out there with you...you just can't physically see him!

Stick with me, this is a bit of a story... I once heard a story, about 3 fellas at a livestock auction. There were a few young bullocks putting on a bit of a show, being buggers and not behaving in the ring. One fella turned to his mate and said what the auctioneers needed was more people to steer them around the pen. His mate said, no, what they needed was some stout sticks and a bit of attitude to make them move right, as well as more people. The fella behind these 2 leaned forward, and said "Bullshit - they just need one good dog..." Grizzly was a good dog, Chris. We all miss him. 👍🇦🇺

I have gold kruzer detector and found two ores inside quartz veins; none of them was gold. Gold kruzer is an amazing machine, but I think you may need gpx 4500 beside. If you have any idea of how the wires of GK coil are connected at the bottom, pls help .. as I want to make a coil myself. Initially, the smaller coil is a dd coil that has 24 turns (0.5 mm wire) and 88 turns (0.18 mm wire). They are connected to a circuit chip with no resistors there. I found no shield but a wire that is connected to the bottom of the coil that has some sort of carbon layer. Good luck & appreciate any helpful information.

Chris, I really think that it is unfair to compare the Kruzer and the GM. Technically Makro running 61khz is better for finding small goldbecause of the higher khz as opposed to the GM 45khz. . Essentially that machine you have now is pretty much inbetween the GM1000 and a Gold Bug 2 with a digital screen and fancy numbers whilst retaining manual tuning, where as the GB may not find gold as tiny as your MKG but your machine is more sensitive to mineralized ground and hotrocks, where as the GM is a fully automatic machine tuning and ground tracking where your new machine you have to be constantly on top of it
@VoGusProspecting4 жыл бұрын
I agree, this will all be covered in a future video. This was just a first look.

@@VoGusProspecting Heya mate, me again. The original msg was written at the start of your vid then had to step out for a couple hrs so I sent it. Here goes part 2 lol. I don't know if it was the audio or my head set but the Kruzer sounded mono, as in everything that it passed over was the same tone either loud or soft, it would've been interesting if, like I have with mine , a couple pieces of gold in a flat sample tub of varying small size, that I use to pre tune and test, to see if the sound was different to lead, brass steel. Personally, I don't like the screen, I find it distracting. I bought my son a Go-Find 60 for beaches ages ago and the screen was telling me to dig a signal that showed a precious signal and turned out to be aluminium. I know the go-finds not a good example but it has a screen and is mono toned except for junk. Like my GM, I try not to look at the screen unless I set it up and just listen to the tones. Having the wireless headphones with the Kruzer makes me want to go and purchase a Minelab Pro Sonic wireless system or the Garrett Z-Lynk for my ATX. The last thing I have to say is, like usual with your vid I was thoroughly enjoying it and then you spoke of Grizzy and my eyes welted. Again I am so very sorry and he'll always be missed on the videos ( you know secretly he was the star and you and prospecting was his side gig lol). First I heard of it I'd been away for a couple weeks and I was watching onee of Jeffs vids and he mentioned it. Absolutely shocked me. F@$k those ar$eholes that put bait out in the bush and it's probably the same people that put nail straps on park and bush track. Anyway dude thanks for replying
