Thank you for sharing!! You do have a lovely piece of paradise for sure! Wow, you've been there 2 years, were the house prices better at that time than they are now? Lots to see and discover! You both have a fishing boat? Do you go fishing at all?

After selling our house in Ontario, we bought our house in 2021, during COVID, when house prices were climbing. Prices continued to climb after that but seem to have levelled off now. Because this area attracts retirees, we think this area will maintain value… at least we hope so! Over the years, we’ve owned various boats. Most recently we owned a larger trawler which we lived on for a year while we did a trip of a lifetime, the Great Loop. Currently we are between boats and are searching for a new-to-us used vessel for boating on the west coast. We plan to use it for fishing locally, boating in Desolation Sound, the San Juan Islands and a trip to Alaska. While we are looking, we are enjoying island life! Thanks so much for watching 😃
