This reminds me so much of my dad and grandfather teaching me as a kid about the flora and fauna of the deserts and mountains of my native California. You're creating real, lasting memories for these grandkids of yours. All the while teaching them useful information. Great job, sir!

- Your kids are so cute how they are so scared of the sea animals. Lol, they'll learn. It's great that you took them along with you. When I was little at the beach in Connecticut, U.S.A picking up rocks and all the little crabs run away or seeing muscles under bridges. It's awesome.

I wonder how much trouble it would be to you to write a book covering the more edible creatures but mostly a general knowledge you have of the coasts?
