You live in a wonderful world Craig and your knowledge of your environment is great. The cameraman in this mini series is great. Maybe you can join up with Scott Rea and / or the Foodbusker for once, I bet that would be brilliant as well. I can't wait for the next video.

Hello Mr. Evans! Thank you for these entertaining and highly educational videos you provide to this community! I am truly happy to have found your channel sir! YOU a truly a delight to watch! I have watched others "forage" through to videos, but NONE compare to the information and entertainment you provide with your videos! Most seem to just hunt for crabs and simply and very common catches, but YOU sir go beyond! Absolute amazing chef as well! Hope to meet you someday Mr Evans! I am unfortunately starting to run out of videos of your to watch, so I will simply have to rewatch ALL of them again :) Best of luck!

I just love your cooking process, Mr Evans! From the Swedish candle to the gob of butter to the rough chopped garlic to the clink of clams and crabs as you throw them into the pot to the swish of the wooden spoon as you stir all that foraged seafood goodness together: seaweed, berries, shellfish, and all! And of course, the best part of all: the eating! :)

Hey craig I have been watching your videos for over a year and learning as much as possible to be able to do this. But it turns out I recently developed a shellfish allergy. I am very sad and disappointed as I wanted to live by the sea one day. Eat some for me Craig and thank you for all your videos.

It's nice to hear an accent from home again. I went to Cornwall recently and was surprised by it feeling like Wales. I hadn't even considered it but of course it's Celtic isn't it. So many things from the stone to the older architecture and language all felt like home from when I was very young. I'm moving there inside of about a year and I can't wait. For so many reasons I just can't wait. Home without needing to be in Wales....
@bubblezovlove72134 жыл бұрын
and that made my being Welsh even deeper feeling. I'd never been made to feel like that outside of Wales. Just the Celtic connection did it and it was totally unexpected. A really nice thing that will always stay with me. Especially as I'm moving there now..........
