I actually like Storm Runner quite a bit more than Xcelerator (been on both). Yes, Xcelerator is taller, faster, and has lap bars, but SR's layout is far superior and the heartline roll/snake dive combo is fantastic.

I love this ride. So much. So the first time I rode it, it was late at night so when I reached the top and kinda slowed down I saw the whole park with all their lights and it was breathtaking. I recommend going on it at night. I did get a few head bangs though but I'm younger. And also those inversions are amazing especially the one up high

I would have to agree the narration voice would fit pretty well with Storm Runner's "Now Get ready...here we go!" Loved this parody. I don't like Storm Runner because I blacked out on it, right after it launched, but the inversions are true weird, but are fun...I guess, by the time I came out of the black out it was in the final twist inversion which I enjoyed. I might give Storm Runner another chance next year and do it when I'm fully hydrated and not overly nervous. I think what had happened when I blacked out was that I was slightly dehydrated and then was so nervous and had myself all worked up and stressed while standing in line. So, next time I'll try not think about the time I blacked out...tell myself that this is Fahrenheit and nothing to be worried about and hopefully have a better experience.

I know this video is an old one, but I went to Hersey Park and FOUND THIS HILARIOUS! It rolls back 2 inches EVERY TIME! I live in England and england is home to the first flying coaster, Galactica which also takes the record for the first coaster with VR. So without Galactica there'd be no Tatsu or Superman ultimate flights. The first invert coaster, Nemesis so no Afterburn or Banshee. Smiler the worlds first coaster with 14 inversions. And oblivion, the worlds first dive coaster so no griffon, sheikra or valravn. We started you off!

To correct one thing skyrush was built after stormrunner so as a former employee who knows the workings the newer coasters have a sensor that the bars have to be back so far which is stopped and despite the name if there was even a hint of a storm within a radius of the park even if it wasnt raining it would shut down for hours
