Hi! Your tutorial is helpful but I have a problem with changing the date as it changes back to the old date after a few seconds. Is there any other way to change the date for new batteries? Edit: Problem solved! Just have to do it manually (connect the ups & my laptop) using its software to update everything.

internal RBC needs Replacement

does anyone know this. I enter the part when need to choose date. But only date in month i was able once to changde and afther clicking the enter button it confirmed the all date replacement. Afther that i tried a few more times to set the date but this time it didnt want to enter to a part when we are able to set date. It just ask me "new battery question part" and afhter clicking yes it exit the setup. ....? Anyone. The model is SmartUps 1500
