You can keep the cobbles to yourself. I hope I never run into them. This session was tuff so I can't imagine actually racing on cobbles. Another Amazing session. Really enjoying everything the GCN team brings

What a session!! Loved the lower cadence efforts as I’m not good with the higher sporty cadence reps! Loved it!!

Thanks Conor and co. I thought the session was quite easy until that last 10 minute block rising from 7 to 9/10. That's where it bites and saps the legs for me.

Loved the variation in cadence and effort. I use this type of effort in climbing short hills, when I can lower cadence, increase intensity, and power past my cycling mates. Will do again for sure.

Great workouts! I am found you lately and I have now in my regular training in the gym after the weight training. I would like to ask you if you can plan some training for general fitness improvements beyond cycling. I am playing tennis and I would like to have my fitness preparation with the spin bike. Thanks

Does this qualify as hiit? I thought the intense intervals are meant to be shorter so that you can keep the same intensity throughout the given time.
