Ingredients
Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Baking powder 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Butter 3 Tablespoon
Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Beaten egg 1
Raspberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Cooking spray 1
Directions
GETTING READY:
Pre-heat oven to 350°.
Grease baking dish with cooking spray.
MAKING:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and butter. Mix well with a fork.
Add milk, vanilla extract, beaten egg and mix well. Add fresh raspberries and repeat mixing.
Pour the batter into greased baking dish, level it and pop into oven.
Bake for 35-40 min at 350°.
SERVING:
Serve with chocolate ice cream and enjoy!

Thank you very much i was looking for a blackberry cobbler recipe, and this looks great. My 2 grand nephews found several large patches of wild black berries in the woods this past summer. Will definitely be making this.

Texture seems more like a cake but it's good. Made it this evening useing raspberries from the freezer. Had chocolate ripple ice cream with it. Yum!!! Thx.

looks great but why do you call them and show them as blackberries yet call them raspberries too?

Some are black,and thats what I am use to calling them black berries....and the red I just call raspberries....LOL..Thanks for watching! Enjoy your day

thankyou for the reply..I found it confusing thats all. The title of the video says raspberry cobbler...and as we watch it, at the 341 minute mark you say blackberries (which is accurate for those berries) but you said the recipe was for raspberry cobbler LOL. and then at 354 you call them raspberries but they arent. .Just sayin.. Happy day and thanks for the recipe by the way.
