How do you access the menu on the camera? I have struggled for 2 weeks now trying to get in the menu. When you access the menu in your video your camera is not showing it

On the screen, look for the settings symbol, and on the bottom of the cam, there are 4 buttons. Press the button that is under the settings symbol to get to the menu.

Can’t get mine to connect without it putting a window up saying app permissions need to be allowed, and when we go to app permissions everything is allowed. Also took camera in house and updated the firmware to latest 1.6 version and it still doesn’t work. Anyone have same issues?

I don't want this to sound like a dumb question, but have you checked to see if the app needs to be updated on your phone?
