The suitcase bomb is from an episode "Cobra Quake" where Bazooka had to tell the joes how to disarm bombs placed in Japan. Funny enough it also featured Quick Kick. Yeah, I know I'm too much of a G.I.Joe cartoon nerd.

That’s exactly what episode the whip is from Kyle. No mention of the package change on any review so far. No more embossing or foil. Not a huge deal, but worth noting since cost cutting didn’t change the price of the figure.
