It's one the level 90 talents they can choose, Kil'jaeden's Cunning. Allows them to cast while moving but will slow them by 15% for 6sec stacking up to 2 times when they do it. It's the debuff with Kil'jaeden's face (red demon, yellow eyes) on it that you see throughout this video.

Cobrak, in the newest patch notes (I think) they reduce the damage by Grimoire of Sacrifice down to 15% for destro locks, but increase the damage done by our incinerate, conflagrate and immolate, does this mean going Grim of supremacy is the better option in your opinion? or do you think grim of sacrifice is still better regardless the reduction?

Hey cob, what would you recommend for getting into RBG's, I am geared, but i really never did any RBGs for rating so my rating is like 900, but in Rbgs im usually top damage with about 22 million per bg. My server is kinda dead and my guild doesn't have enough good/geared/dedicated players to RBG, so what would you recommend. Stay destro

Both are spells 1st one with the double chaos bolt is from a Curse. What it does is when you curse 1 target you can cast 1 direct dmg spell or 2 dots(i think) on another target and it will duplicate the spell(s) on the cursed target.
