Cocaine Bear IRL | New Location

Today we are visiting the real Cocaine Bear. This bear was made famous in the 2023 comedy horror movie called Cocaine Bear. After a drug smuggler fell out of a plane and his parachute did not open, a 175 black bear found about 75 pounds the white stuff. Unlike the movie, the bear did not harm anyone. You can find the real life bear at the Kentucky Fun Mall in Lexington Kentucky.

Thanks for introducing us to Pablo Escobear. I kind of feel bad for the bear. His curiosity got him in trouble once bags of drugs fell from the sky for him to find - then they make a movie about him where they tarnish his reputation by making it look like he went on a rampage. LOL. This is a great roadside attraction - and an interesting way to spend Father's Day. Thanks for taking us along!

If you like Snakes on a Plane or Piranha's you'll love this movie. If not, maybe you should pass on it. It's a comedy and horror movie at the same time. Once I saw that the real Bear existed I told Melissa we were going. Hard to turn me down when it is Father's Day.

I'm a little crazy. After seeing Breaking Bad, I flew to Albuquerque to see all the filming locations. We did find a buc-ee's but can't remember if it was that one. We couldn't believe how busy it was.
