Anubis R No statute of limitations on warrants, although in some cases if you have lived in the state where you have the warrant for a period of time and haven't committed any other crimes since then the charges can get dismissed. They usually only do that for smaller crimes though.

all replies above are idiot and childish ignorant answers. The reason why is because the laws are different now then back in the 1980's and its a lot easier to trace were that money comes from to pay for a lawyer. Lets not forget that he will most likely have to prove how he paid for his lifestyle for the past 26 years which means his family will be living a 800 sq foot apartment and will be living off handouts from family. So dont think that hidden money can be spent without watchful eyes.

Cause you don't give a fuck and Florida cops are dumb as rocks... watch the documentaries most of these guys got caught because someone flipped the cops know absolutely nothing... All the millions they waste and they only catch these guys based on luck and rivals flipping over stupid beefs... Falcon was probably bored and let himself be caught to take the heat off his family. They're rich he has stashes everywhere so now he's gonna do some time and be out in a few years. His grand kids can live normal lives. He won ultimately... This arrest means nothing. He may not even stand trial whos gonna roll on him after 26 years...

Umm isn't 7 years stature of limitations on any crime that's not a capital offense?? So let's waist tax dollars on housing him as an inmate and pay states attorneys and bailiffs and transport officers on this🙆🏻‍♂️.. i guess this type of thing helps raise or keep the deficit funding high and roling.. 😔😔😔
