I have a recumbent bike with a seat that's 38cm wide and 28cm deep. I cannot find a coccyx cushion close enough to this size. I have spent so many hours on Google. Can anyone help me with suggestions? I shattered my coccyx (according to the doc, into a "million pieces") when I was 13 years old. It's 40 years later and it's never healed right. Trying to get off the bike after riding it is excruciating. Going from sitting to standing is always the worst.

yep. none of the fancy cushions worked for me. I bought 3 or 4 different versions and I even had 1 custom made. But donut-shaped, air-filled cushion worked best for me.
