Charming Pranksters. They need everything they see to build their cosy and comfortable nest. Thank you kindly for enjoyment.

That you for your comment. The thought that they'll use human underwear to rest their bottoms on is hilarious 😂

Well, at least I'm not jealous of you anymore for having wild cockatoos where you live. I love parrots, but I also love my plants...
@BirdsNThings3 жыл бұрын
I do feel bad for them, as they have no idea what happened. Cockatoos only do this to their balcony, perhaps because these things are accessible from the railings :)

They can be quite destructive while being lovable.

Thank you so much, Marie! I try to use music only as needed now, and this certainly called for it 😁 Cheers from down under!

Your poor neighbor 🤣.
@BirdsNThings3 жыл бұрын
I know, right? Once a cockatoo brought a neighbor's clothespin to our terrace, and at another time a piece of solar powered holiday lights that they chewed to pieces. I'm waiting for that day when a cocky brings a pair of neighbor's underwear to my bird bath 😁

These neighbors need to know that cockatoos behave like children without brakes :)

@@igorgorobetz4157 If all children put smiles on when they misbehave like cockatoos, they would be so much more endearing :)

You're probably busy, but any new videos coming up :)? Just asking because I love them :D
@BirdsNThings3 жыл бұрын
I took a long break to finish writing a book about the birds at my bird bath. I hope to upload a new video of a certain amorous cocky couple constantly being interrupted by others during mating in a couple of weeks 😁 Thanks so much!

@@BirdsNThings You're to thanks :) I'm pretty jealous of you haha :). Having cockatoos show up at your garden sounds glorious Though I'm having fun taking pictures off the blackbirds, jackdaws and pigeons at my garden :)

@@VoLcKEA1 Lovely birds. I think pigeons are especially photogenic.

@@BirdsNThings There's a pigeon couple that always sleep in the tree in my garden :). Have some lovely photos of them indeed. They're very sweet Though I'm kind of jealous of you having cockatoos flying around haha. Where do you live, Australia?
@BirdsNThings3 жыл бұрын
@@VoLcKEA1 Yes, Australia. Are they non-rock dove pigeons? I don't know if the common feral ones sleep in trees. That's sweet indeed. You can imagine them sleeping out there each night. I have a garden orb spider sleeping underneath the air conditioner every day and coming out each night to build a big web, which HE EATS UP at the end of the night :)
