Having recorded a fair amt of landings, if you are holding your phone for the video and your arm is extended, it tends to look a lot rougher then actual

Haa. No flare at all. Listen to auto-sound ground proximity distance alert from 40, 30, 20, 10, bang. There's was no flare. Not even an attempt at the Flare! A mark of an unprofessional pilot who lacks basic skills. I'd send him back for retraining. Geez!
