TODAY'S RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
◦ 4 ½ | 1 liter of water
◦ 1 1/3 cups | 265 grams uncooked white rice
◦ 1 stick Ceylon Cinnamon
◦ 1 cup | 250ml of Whole Milk
◦ ¼ Teaspoon | 1.25ml Vanilla Extract
◦ ¼ cup | 50 grams Brown Sugar
◦ ½ cup | 100 grams Cane Sugar
◦ Pinch of Cayenne (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour the rice, cinnamon and water into blender; blend until the rice just begins to break up, about 1 minute.
2. Let rice and water stand at room temperature for 4 hours.
3. Strain the rice water into a pitcher and discard the rice.
4. Stir the milk, vanilla, and sugar into the rice water.
5. Chill and stir before serving over ice.
