Coming from more of a tabletop roleplay background, npcs literally bring the world to life. They exist to service and advance the story. With your style of video you are both narrator and bartender. In this you facilitate the story of the cocktail which is always the hero of the video. As it should be! Excellent content brother, keep it coming!

Man, you know what...I appreciate so much the humility it takes to read mean comments about yourself (maybe nice ones aren't so fun to read out), but can I just tell you that you're an absolute gem for the mixology community. I'm a mixologist from El Paso, TX, and with the kind of passion and vision I know that I'm capable of, your content is exactly what somebody like me cherishes...your direction has inspired and pushed me to try things I would've never imagined. The clarified milk punch is something I've even attempted and experienced moderate success with, and hope to be able to add the pods to my repertoire a bit later... I've been watching your channel for a few months now regularly, and will play your videos on my bar's screens. Soooo currently reading The Drunken Botanist by Amy Stewart. And in it (pg 139) she states. Fernet Branca contains aloe... The bitter component of aloe is aloin. It has been discovered that a specific gene allele which makes some people highly sensitive to aloin's bitterness... Whereas people without the allele can't even taste the bitterness... So does that mean that hipsters lack said genetic allele?😁 Keep up the vids man I enjoy them...

7:48 You always stir when: 1. You want to keep the drink clear (e.g. shaking a Martini will make it cloudy). 2. You don't want the drink to foam, and it has an ingredient prone to foam (like pineapple juice or carbonation). Every other case you shake, because shaking is faster (less dilution) & easier than stirring.

Your understanding and description of NPC misses the mark -- An NPC is a video-game character which isn't controlled by a human, but in a type of game that has mostly human-controlled players. The insult is that NPCs are almost always easy to tell from human-controlled players because the AI running them is awful, they move jerkily, and never really do much damage to real players. A similar term is 'bot', again meaning an AI-controlled bad player. PS I love your channel.

Usually the term NPC doesn't apply to multiplayer enemies, single player enemies or party characters, at least by the RPG definition. NPC is usually used to describe friendly characters, both generic and story-relevant. Bots, on the other hand, is a term primarily reserved for AI-controlled *enemies* in multiplayer games, which is not the same as NPCs.
