Perfect saying. Today I caught 2 people talking behind my back. I let them know I really didn't care what they were saying. And I don't care. But wish I'd had heard that saying first.

I wrote it down as soon as it was said! I'm adding, "I dont care what you think of me, I dont think of you at all.". Side note: she was not a nazi conspirator, she was a smart woman who kept her mouth shut in order to survive. Back than was a different time, it wasnt a time where "Silence is Consent." At least not for women. Many never speak on it but they were well placed to help behind the scenes. We will never know how many women and men were big parts of the war efforts. Most people dont understand, that's why they wont forgive her, not because they truly believe she's guilty of war crimes. She has my upmost respect.

I’m a woman, and I’ve watched a LOT of these videos now (and recommend this channel to basically everyone I meet!). I always thought of Chanel as bougie and never really appealed to me, but after hearing her biography, I think she’s my “feminine soul sister” lol. What she did for women- especially for women who can’t afford upper class clothing is really impressive. Her views on clothes are also impressive. I love her “body positivity” attitude. I came out of this loving her as a person though still being critical of high fashion brands- the moral dilemmas of life...

Hi Simon. Big fan here. A few ideas on remarkable women you may also want to consider: - Veronica Franco, 16th century Venetian courtesan and poet; - Queen Anne of England, during whose reign the Act of Unification came to be; - Elena Cornaro Piscopia, first woman in modern history to obtain a university degree; - Artemisia Gentileschi, now considered one of the most important 17th century painter; - Marguerite of Valois, sister to Francis I of France, and a great patron of the French Renaissance; - Jane Grey, queen of England for 9 days in 1553; - Queen Maria Sophie of the Two Sicilies who rallied against Garibaldi; - Empress Carlota of Mexico If there is not enough material for Biographics, it would make a good Top Tenz "Important women you never heard of/don't know much about".

Simon, I'm binging all 3 of your channels today to avoid finishing a chapter for my publisher. I noted something I would like to share for your support: you have quite a few sponsored episodes... and I don't mind at all. In fact, you have a wide variety of sponsors that are interesting, even when not relavent to me. You keep collaborating, man!
