As someone who is currently a size 12 and large in clothing, I can say when I was a size 4, I had far more style because I had far more confidence. I genuinely felt like I could wear anything and I did. So yes, figure has a lot to do with your unique style. Not being a size 4 however shouldn’t stop you from finding what IS flattering on you. It takes time and forgiveness. Sure, I can’t wear crop tops with skin tight high waisted bottoms and find myself to be flattering like I use to, but I damn sure fill out my jeans now 😜

One thing that I find that helps me dress my curvier body is making sure my demographic on Instagram and Pinterest is made up of curvier women. Another tip for curvier girls is high waisted pants/jeans. They accentuate your curves without turning it into sexy as long as you choose the right top.

Hi, I see some coments complaining about cash and money problems and "classy" pieces being expensive so I don't know if this will inspire anyone but a week ago I finally took my savings (I've been saving up for this for almost 7 months), headed to a good store and bought a nice beige jacket and a nice pair of delicate, white shoes. Nextly, I bought a vegan leather bag out of a thrift store for like $4. I visit thrift stores frequently and never found such a good deal before. What I'm trying to say is this will take time, you will probably have to save your pennies and invest a lot of time in thrift stores but surely does it feel amazing to have those nice pieces in your closet! It gives you the confidence of knowing you could go almost anywhere and still look chic. Invest resources in your closet, it pays off, I promise

I’ve been doing this recently. You can look for “French chic” as this is very common style for French women. Then Pinterest will start to suggest other similar styles. Or you can search for one specific item like “nude blazer,” pin some looks you like and your suggested pins will start to evolve ☺️

You could get similar things from h&m or pull and bear but might have to go to a tailor. It is also a lot about basics and few pieces that could go with literally anything. Rather invest in a good quality shirt/trousers that will last you a lifetime
