Hi.. it's Great tu find a coconut Flour buns recipe.. it really difficult.. almost every recipe worls with sillium or yeast.. thanks a Lot.. the only question I hace, of I don't have flax Meal , what for can I exchange it??.. best regards from Venezuela.. trying to stay paleo... 😊
