Dear , I've seen bread made the way you describe ,but I haven't made it that way yet. If you are making corn bread according to my coconut milk bread recipe , make it according to the recipe ,mix bread flour and corn flour together ,but the amount of coconut milk may be less or more ,add little by little to make a paste.
