Superb bread.... amazing...Flour is normal wheat flour or bread flour?

I have tried for one loaf. I have divided half and did but water is less. Bread become hard. I have use 150ml for 300g flour. Can you please give me the measurements for one loaf.

@rajithanaresh5647 dear, Sometimes it can be due to a difference in the type of flour and a difference in the type of yeast .it is successful to make bread that you take this amount. ~ for a one loaf ~ 300 g Bread Flour, 180 ml Lukewarm Water, 1, 1/2 or 1, 3/4 tsp Yeast, 1 tbsp Sugar, 1, 1/2 tbsp Margarine or Coconut Oil, 3/4 tsp Salt . @rajithanaresh5647 ok dear, knead the dough till it becomes very soft, after the dough has risen well for the first time remove air bubble from the dough, and now shape the bread and leave it to rise again .good luck !
