I’m thrilled that your Aldi reopened!! 😃👏👏 Great haul and I love that you’re trying to lower carbs. I think this is a great way to ease into changing your palate, cravings, and just the way your body will adapt. Baby steps!! 🤗❤️ That mask insert is interesting! What is it called? May have to pick up the masks from Aldi. Saw them last time, but may grab some if they still have them.

That mask insert is a life saver!! Andrea’s school gave me the one I use. I found some on Amazon and bought them- they are ok- but not great. And yes, I want to see if I can control the RA- I have heard some can... worth a shot???

@@HaulandCo Absolutely worth a shot!! Do your own research and see what works for you. And just be patient and consistent. It’s a total 180 from the standard American diet, so temptations will abound, but there are excellent substitutes to help keep you on track. I promise if you keep at eliminating the carbs and sugars, your craving for them will disappear. I never knew how saying no to a box of donuts could be so liberating!!! 😄❤️

You can do it Tammy! I had to go on low carb. I ate my way to pre diabetes. Happened real fast,and a liver problem with it. The low carb has already fixed the problem in that my numbers were good last bloodtest. I,ll be watching what you buy. That will help me with meal ideas. We have an aldi in the next town over. I,m wanting to try their no carb bread for one thing. Are they pretty well stocked? I swear,our stores are getting scary with empty shelves. 💜

Why do masks have to be so expensive?! 😫 Great haul - I just ate three or four dark chocolate coated freeze dried strawberries. Sounds great, right? Well, the first one, yes....😆 Sugar always makes sure it reminds me that it hates me. Cheers to low carb! Xx

Omg the Aldi mask r so comfy and they wash amazing only let them air dry cuz I felt shrinkage in the ones I put in the dryer so now I hand wash and hang them on a hanger with clips ..
