Tried it, Lots of bugs. Couldn't even create the appdata. Can't attach the files. can't drag and drop or add them. the diagrams are not being generated correctly (only code). etc, etc.

IntelliJ does not support drag and drop into plugin windows. Use the right-click context menu to add pinned files, or use the prominent "Add content" button in the Navie UI. Drag and drop is also how we would like it to work, but that's not possible at this time. You can clearly see the intended usage at 2:13 of the video. You can report suspected bugs at github.com/getappmap/appmap-intellij-plugin, where we can have a dev-to-dev conversation. We won't use KZbin for that.
