The age of that child was 11 years old, you know what crime the 11 year old had commited ? I'll tell you, the child had walked on a portion of the off duty cops lawn !! That's it !!! And the cop was telling the child he could kill him and get away with it , over walking on grass !!! The police showed up and covered for the cop who threatened the child's life and they demanded that any cameras or phones with the incident recorded on it be handed over to them or you will be arrested . Things are getting out of hand and regular police have been given the power and ability to take what they want when they want, Exactly like organized criminals only these criminals get to put innocent people away in cages for speaking up or reminding them of the constitution , these thugs do not recognize the constitution or any of your rights !

Agencies and city, county, state and federal offices are in a rush to get in their new "profit driven revenue" strategies. Taxes are not enough for them to function anymore. They have become bloated and they don't want the party to stop. Fines and "civil asset forfeiture" (where you don't have to prove anything to take someone's car, cash or house) are ruining our country. In some cases, fines and forfeiture are 50% of that agency's revenue. This is highway robbery, it will breed deep anger and resentment and some day the cork is going to blow off. With asset forfeiture you are guilty until proven innocent. Does this sound like America? Don't believe it? They took in $4.5 billion in forfeitures last year.

This same type of thing happend to my family and I. We came outside one day, when my husband was on his way to work, and there was a sticker on the window of his truck that stated that it had to be moved away within 3 days or it would be towed. So, we thought we just parked in the wrong spot, so, he went on to work in the truck and I called the police department to see what to do and where to park that was safe. I was told that it wasn't a parking issue, it was an issue of the truck being an "eyesore" and that it wouldn't be allowed back on the street in front of our apartment at all. I explained that this was only vehicle we own, and it gets my husband to and from work, and my child to and from school, and to and from doctors appointments, grocery stores, etc. I was told that in order to park a vehicle on our street, it had to be a fairly newer model, and had to be completely clean at all times, and it had to "look similar to the nice vehicles of the other neighbors". I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was so upset that I was in tears bc we couldn't afford another vehicle. We ended up having to park our vehicle at a friend's house across town and every morning we would catch a ride to pick the car up and use it for the day, and then go and park it back in their drive way every night, just to keep it from being towed away.

Needless to say I wasn't home but I knew of this guy and he lived a couple of dirt roads over. My point was this, I was the local mail carrier(the only female) and the police could have checked the court records on who owned what land out there where I live. That is public record. Duh. It was a good thing I got home when I did. There were four cars full of deputies and they were all over my property, on my front porch berating my daughter, trying to scan my five acres to see anyone, looking into my windows that were slightly tinted on my house. My daughter was upset. I was livid. We lived in a "good ole boy" town in North Central Florida.

Wait! If the Complaints don't appear in-court, you "stand your ground", by verbally move the trial court that,"The defendants exercising their 6th and 14th Amendment's Right's to the Constitution to the USA for the trail court to dismiss the charges against the defendants today at this monent in period of time based on the prosecutor undutly do not have either of the Complaints present in-court today as the trial court judge can visually clearly see today in-court, resulting in prejudiced the defence into depriving the defense to their 6th and 14th Amendment's Right's to the Constitution of the USA to both a fully fair and impartial tribune in -court today and by having the defendants be granted to be "confronted with all of their accusers in-court today and in order for the defense to have a "meaningfully fully fair and impartial opportunity to challenge the prosecutor's charge(s) against the defense by confronting the defendants with any/all of their accusers/Compliant's with cross-examination of both accusers/Compliant's upon the bench in-court before a jury during trial to the truthfulness and /or falsehoods to any Affidavit Complaint(s) by either Complaints in-person in-court today at this moment in period in time", that the prosecutor undutly is presently trying to enter into evidence in-court at this moment in time in further depriving the defense of any meaningfully fair opportunity to be heard in-court as to the said charge(s) against the defendants. If it so happens the trial court judge either: (A) don't make a verbal ruling upon you verbal motion in-court, you immediately verbally jump-in and state," The defense kindly ask for the trial court to make a ruling on the defense verbally motion in-court right now". (B) then, "if" the trial court "denies" your said verbal motion in- court, if the judge hadn't done so, then, you state,"the defense objects! The defense request's based on what ground's does the trial court deny's the defense said verbal motion here in-court right now". You have safely preserved your Right's on record to later to be raised on a subsequent appeal, instead of being waived during trial by you remaining quiet or by not say the right words and/or not making a objection in-court at the right time and based on what grounds your objecting("on what grounds is the trial court is denying the defendants said verbal motion in-court on right now"). Then, at the end of trial, you verbally/writtenly move the trial court of: (a) the defense request to appeal be noted on the record; and (b) the defense request fo the trial court to order the court reporter to preserve the whole complete and adequate record to be later be used on said requested appeal. In Texas, the civil statutes mandatory requires for the defendant to pay the total fines in cash frist before you have a Right to appeal...then, you pay for court records(around $300 to $600) so the appeal judges can read to reveiw your written ground of errors on appeal to order overturning the trial court conviction and sentance(fine(s)) and for the cause to be set for a new trial...then, you go through it all again in-court. But, if the above defendants had verbally moved the trial court WITH absolutely the defendants refusing for the trial court request to them to permit him to "RE-SCHEDULE THE TRIAL" to another day...based on "THIS IS THE DEFENDANTS DAY IN COURT, THE PROSECUTOR HAS ALREADY ANNOUNCE IN-COURT THAT THE STATES READY YOUR HONOR, THE DEFENSE REQUEST TO GO TO TRIAL RIGHT NOW OR HAVE THE CHARGES BE DISMISSED RIGHT NOW! The rule is that the defense is innocent until proven guilty, therefore, the defense don't have to say/produce anything at all, the prosecutor has to produce a case frist in-court under strict guidelines set-out in the Bill of Rights and the 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the USA "WITH" the Declaration. The defendants in the above video were waiving all their Rights in-court by not requesting them from the judge. The judge knew this and played stupid, to where they can't have any grounds to appeal anything...the were representing themselves. Yes, their defense was right...now do you see why the judge and prosecutor undutyly didn't have either Complaints present "AT" trial? I Remain, BILLY THE KID 17AUG2019; 00:29 H.H. E

When the government acts like this, there is no law. I bought a distressed property put 40,000.00 dollars into it to fix it up and as soon as I tried to rent it, here comes code enforcement. To make a long story short my renter first parked a boat behind a fence and a truck on some gravel I put down, that they told me he could not use the property that way, told me a fence 50 years old was too high, now I had to shorten it, my grass was not green enough and my gravel was not deep enough? there was no end to what they would have me do, so I knew and had helped my state congressman on his campaigns over the years told him about it, after I had already been to the city attorney and mayor. The congressman went to the mayor and told him to cease and desist or the state would investigate the abuse of power the code enforcement was doing, because they were overstepping their bounds and trampling on the rights of citizens. I never saw code enforcement again. I couldn't even vote the bums out because I don't live in that city, the house is a rental. Now they complain about a housing shortage for affordable housing, and wonder why. Also in the news the other day I heard someone shot and killed a code enforcement officer. The media is trying to turn her into a saint.

"the right to own property" what code enforcement is trying to do is put in very fine print "unless you don't live how we want you to live". the main problem with any agency like this is that if you are not living how the person who is in charge of that agency is living, then you are wrong and will be fined until you do start living like them. this is what is illegal about code enforcement.

US law is now a matter of opinion. The opinion of those in power. Just vote the lot out. You have the right.

I’m glad code enforcement are available, you don’t need to worry about these eccentric weirdo’s turning the house next to you in to a “Beverly Hill Billy,” junk yard.

Somebody just got a free set of snap-on tools. And wouldn't be surprised if someone's kids are riding those jetskis as I write this lol.

You should let the city officers know that for less money than this, they could be eliminated. This is not a threat; it is only assessment of comparable values. There is an old saw their Mamas should have taught them, "Don't be more trouble than you're worth."

Why did you cut off the judge while he was explaining his ruling?
@charlottecountysgreatesthi33313 жыл бұрын
All he says is, "I know you might disagree with that and you have the right to appeal it." If the county attorney hadn't destroyed most of the previous county videos, you would be able to look that up yourself.

That is severe punishment, not unlike a Captains - Mast in the military. Also known as (NJP) Non - Judicial Punishment. The big difference here is that you have The Constitution on your side. Send in the hounds.

What about someone who just bought a classic car and is fixing it up in their driveway? Where is the line drawn as to what people can do on their own property who defines what is junk? Even vehicles that are not running can be valuable. I remember when I lived with my mother her receiving notices about mowing the lawn although it was only a few inches tall and with the dry summer conditions was not growing at all. They cited our responsibility to the neighborhood for maintaining housing prices meanwhile the creek nearby was littered with shopping carts from the local mall and it was the cities responsibility to clean that. I called waste management everyday for months until they brought a truck in to haul out all the rusted carts that certainly were more of an eyesore than some dry grass that looked just like everyone elses dry grass since there were also summer watering restrictions.

Actually there was at least one case where a gentleman was sited for his classic Corvette. Unfortunately, we don't have time to post all of the crimes committed by Charlotte County Government.
