Why do you have this green thing around your arm and face?

it's the empty soul, which you can roll at a 1% chance. It essentially passively makes vines appear around you that attack enemies, buffs the Your Best Friend spell to do more damage and heal more, increases your dodge rate by a decent amount, decreases cooldown between attacks and spells, boosts your damage, and wraps some Flowey vines around your face and arm (which is just cosmetic but also cool). This thing becomes overpowered when fully upgraded, and is much better than determination despite not having a combo.
