My build is actualy doing the same, but using entirely different methods. With a 90% damage reduction to physical damage, 95% reduction to all elemental damage (except fire being 100% reduction) almost nothing ever damages me. And if it does, guarding does not consume stamina.

For 1h sword at beginning is either louis sword or the sane looking sword but grey color For 2h sword : zweihander Bayonet : lost bayonet or mia's Hammer : queenslayer one i think
