Why do certain media outlets call these "teens"? To elicit sympathy? To lessen responsibility and expectations? 18 is adult.

Thugs in certain communities know right well that weak Governors, Commissioners and Mayors implement pursuit termination and they floor it harder to get away in stolen vehicles because of it, therefore it is VERY dangerous to vote Democrat.

The wording is used to include "joyriding," where the thief doesn't intend to permanently deprive the owner of the vehicle. It prevents thieves from getting charges dismissed by claiming that they were only "borrowing" the vehicle. "Taking without consent" is usually also included in grand theft cases, but it can stand as an independent charge if the DA isn't sure if grand theft charges will stick.

what confuses me is that the second dude lied (said they took him? why would you take someone for a drive if you want the phone? what's the logic?) to the police and kinda broke into a house. I understand that in the end he maybe was just "riding with his buddys" and it's also hard to prove who owned what firearm, but in the end all he got was bail jumping? I'm German and dont 100% understand your system, but he runs all the charges get dropped and he only gets "punished" for failing to go to appear for trial while on bail? What is the lesson here? You dont have to fear anything as long as you manage to stand up and go to your appointment, because if he would had shown up nothing would had happen at all? edit: i had the video paused and they showed what happened to them after the dropped charges. I'm now even more confused. The judge thinks that all the things he was charged for are not valid and drops them, but he fails his probation for not showing up for trail for something the judge thinks he didnt do....? WHAT?

@@Ett-zm9zp Lack of parenting usually comes from only Mom or Grandma being the only parents. Let’s cut to the chase, the black nuclear family was destroyed by politics starting in the 1960’s. Welfare restrictions were on the condition there was no decent family income, that means fathers were not allowed to be in the home. Apparently that didn’t apply to occasional boyfriends. Five, six generations (or more) later there is an unsustainable norm. A pervasive liberal mentality protects that norm supported by a compliant media. Try to suggest changing those policies results in a crap storm of criticism.

This system is a joke. The guys gets 2 felony's, 2 misdemeanor's and only gets one actual charge and the rest dismissed? Unreal.

Yall don't understand how it works. The police charge them with what they think will stick. The D.A and judge convict them of what they can and the rest is dismissed.

@@thanos7110 Bail jumping seems pretty clear cut. He did that twice (felony) and only was charged for it once. They can't prove he jumped bail 2 times?

They don't have dad's, it sounds harsh but the same happens to white kids with no dad. Dad's have a way of making their sons mind.

6:07 You just committed a felony and you're acting like you control the situation AND call the officer a bitch? Someone like that can't be fixed. Lock him up for the rest of his life. You'll be saving the aggravation for having to do it later on in his life.
