The wording is used to include "joyriding," where the thief doesn't intend to permanently deprive the owner of the vehicle. what confuses me is that the second dude lied (said they took him? why would you take someone for a drive if you want the phone? what's the logic?) to the police and kinda broke into a house. I understand that in the end he maybe was just "riding with his buddys" and it's also hard to prove who owned what firearm, but in the end all he got was bail jumping? I'm German and dont 100% understand your system, but he runs all the charges get dropped and he only gets "punished" for failing to go to appear for trial while on bail? What is the lesson here? You dont have to fear anything as long as you manage to stand up and go to your appointment, because if he would had shown up nothing would had happen at all? edit: i had the video paused and they showed what happened to them after the dropped charges. I'm now even more confused. The judge thinks that all the things he was charged for are not valid and drops them, but he fails his probation for not showing up for trail for something the judge thinks he didnt do....? WHAT?

@@Ett-zm9zp Lack of parenting usually comes from only Mom or Grandma being the only parents. Let’s cut to the chase, the black nuclear family was destroyed by politics starting in the 1960’s. Welfare restrictions were on the condition there was no decent family income, that means fathers were not allowed to be in the home. Apparently that didn’t apply to occasional boyfriends. Five, six generations (or more) later there is an unsustainable norm. A pervasive liberal mentality protects that norm supported by a compliant media. Try to suggest changing those policies results in a crap storm of criticism.

I was wondering if they'd try to evade Police by driving into a lake, as three car thieves had done in one of these videos. The Officers didn't enter the lake as it was nighttime and they may have become entangled in reeds, etc. The stolen car filled with water and sank, along with the three car thieves whom never attempted to get out! Naturally, the parents blamed the Police for chasing them into the water and then failing to rescue them. Whatever else, there has been no recidivism from these three car thieves...
