Cops using the word “r#tard”. “Driving like a “r#tard”. Sounds like something a cop would say. If they say that you know he says the N word. And that’s a lie, in his state he would have gotten a ticket AND taken to jail for the license. But they usually say “what did you throw out” to hope they will admit to something cops didn’t witness. Heard a cop ask another cop one time at a stop, “did you see them throw something out the window”? And the cop said “she could have”, would not just say “NO I DIDNT SEE HER THROW ANYTHING OUT”. Either you did or didn’t see. Pride and ego.

This guy is wearing an ANKLE MONITOR and he still decided to run. Even if he somehow managed to escape they had his mother's registration/info. They visually saw a young black male driving, so a little investigating would lead back to her son most likely(especially with all the prior charges). He'd be an easy track down that's for sure. Sorry to burst your racist bubble but black people get about 10 times worse punishment over white people in the US legal system. That is proven by data compared for same/similar crimes on millions of cases in the last 20 years alone and if you think this is different nowadays then you are another victim of alt right propaganda. Same as with this weird idea that a bond means that you are just free to go. There are conditions placed on your release and you will have to stand trial on a certain date. And THEN you will go to prison. But I get that living in fantasy world is so much easier.

The reason a judge made it a low cash bond is because no bondsman will pick up his case with 8 independent felony charges of bail jumping. No f*cking WAY momdukes whom just had her small to midsize sedan totalled by her reckless dipsh*t son afford a 50K cash bond with no signature from any bondsman. No bondsman means 50k cash is you're paying 50k cash. No putting up your home, no putting up a car none of that. @@MrWhitelightning73Right? Just listen to his language "if I would have known it would only be a ticket I would have stopped" - suggesting that he only cares because it was a poor value judgememt for himself, not because he endangered people's lives or anything along those lines. This kid clearly lacks any form of a moral conscience, and is simultaneously very stupid. His future ain't bright lol
