When I hear a lot of Cicadas near water, I always fish with artificials, with my fly rod. The fish hit them hard! The Lake and the Flowers are your reward. Thanks for taking us along with you.

You two are made for one another. Cody is so laid back and Kelli, you can get a bit frustrated at times, but Cody just listens and behaves like a good husband. LOL...Oh, I'm sure Cody has his moments as well. That's what makes a great couple. Living in such close quarters is a challenge. That's why you two can make it happen!

3:02. Brook trout. Native yo eastern US and Canadian wates. Widely successfully transplanted throughout the US because they do not require running water to spawn at other trout species do.. they reproduce in spring fed lakes and ponds without inlet or outlet.

great hike, great vid. I passed thru Silverton and Ouray a couple of days ago. Thought about you guys and your last vid. Just fyi….the single blue flower with the bee is gentian ( pronounced gent-shun)….pink flowers are fireweed….and they are one of the first things to grow on a recent burn area. the cluster of purple flowers are larkspur. just in case you didn’t know. The white, pink and pale yellow flowers in meadow are Indian paintbrush

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy your videos. One thing you have mentioned a couple of times is when descending or climbing a hill is that the camera just doesn't relay the actual slope very well. You are certainly right. I don't know which type of phone you have. But the Android system has clinomenters available in the play store for their phones. I imagine Apple/iPhone store has similar applications. The clinometer is very easy to use. Sure would be great to have some idea of attack you are doing! Have a Great Day!
