FFL paid for my pre licensing course and I took the test and got my license in Massachusetts in April. I had joined a team but after I got my license and went to do my onboarding they wanted me to have about $150 and then I needed to get insurance on myself right away before working. Are these costs that you're talking about covering for new agents. I wasn't able to pay and was trying to work and save but now after about a month I can't get return calls from my team and I'm not sure what to do. Any advice would be appreciated. All I want to do is start really training and working. I can see the finish line but just can't get there

I'm with FFL . I'm still studying to get my license. I will say you can buy leads from anyone that's valid and work the leads using the training they teach .

Insurance for yourself is probably the E&O policy in the event you get sued. It is standard practice to get that.

That's actually not true. Im shocked to find out that there are so many agents unaware of these types of agencies. I've been in insurance for 5+ years and this is the only type of company i have ever worked for or would ever work for. I work with AIL and it's literally like gladiator school for insurance agents. They prepare u to open your own agency.
