My problem is I'm setting records but my employer calls me in the office and tells me I'm shaking down the client's. He says I talk like a hustler and that's an issue. But that's bullshit, people wanna talk to a human being not some prim proper schmuck. I give my clients an experience. I love sales it cuts away the garbage, because numbers don't lie.

I started making what I thought was a lot ($5k) my first month as an insurance agent but hit a rut because I felt like I was only signing a few big deals here and there. How would you recommend pitching to business owners, CEO's, and high earning people like members of a country club as a cold call? ESPECIALLY during a pandemic in a small state like Alabama? I need clients that have guaranteed income, not those barely making ends meet which is mostly who I get as leads from my company.

I need to take advice from this guy, yeah ok. 👌🏻 He threw his subordinates, you know those people he trained to do what he did, under the bus and ratted them out so he can get out sooner and get rich on his reputation. I’m not saying don’t forgive him, I’m saying we shouldn’t glorify his past or treat everything he says as gospel as his ethics are questionable. “Belfort spent 22 months in prison as part of an agreement under which he gave testimony against numerous partners and subordinates in his fraud scheme.”
@Yaahboi523 жыл бұрын
I agree with you. But I also think it’s fair to say that he also offers great insight/tips that you can take away without tying yourself to his whole ideology because yes his ethics were questionable.
