I’ve used that I just need to drop the info off it’s up to you what you do with it , it never works .. whenever I ask an actual question like “I understand, did you already speak with someone about getting coverage” it works a lot better ... they say the same thing in my company but it never works for me

He's good, This is really helpful. Im training as a sales person over the phone, making calls for trucking insurance and receiving information for quotes to send to my agent and these tips are really helpful. Never been a sales person so I have no clue what I'm doing Lol. Tomorrow is going to be my first day and I'm pretty much excited and nervous. I wonder if anyone feels this way: I hate aggression in our line of work. Who gave us the right to feel so righteous after an “aggressive” close? How is that “helping” someone? I’ve been in the line for almost 4 years and can’t seem to overcome this, thus I have struggled with closing bigger cases. Is everyone else greedy or am I just not convinced enough about insurance (the way we think it helps others)? What am I missing here? Just wanna get out of this mind-f*ck that’s about to ruin my career. I hope somebody replies. 😢
