There are conflicting sources, some say that the flavor may turn rancid within two days, others say butter can stay out for months without issue. I’ve personally had left unsalted butter out for about a month and had zero issues with flavor, and I didn’t get sick at all. Butter trays exist for a reason!

He’s a dick because there are other renditions of kombucha and he can’t stand it because there is market share now. so he makes his kombucha very cheap so that small batch breweries can’t price their products as low making him sell much easier. This causes smaller brands to suffer and a millionaire to get richer and richer..
