I imagine that he was fine with it though, since meditation is part of a healthy lifestyle and can be done anywhere by anyone, and he must have been very understanding of the fact that I had not yet meditated that day. Of course, meditation means nothing without your daily yoga, detox spinach smoothies, anti-vaxx Facebook conspiracies, and healthy overdose of Himalayan salt. Just remember to purchase overpriced organic foods exclusively, including organic salt and bottled waters.
