Ingredients:
all purpose flour - 2 cup
warm milk - 300ml ( total )
Sugar 1/2 cup
cooking Oil 1/2 cup
instant Coffee - 2 tbsp
baking powder 2tsp
Pinch of salt
icing sugar (optional)
for bake in Oven : preheated 170c & bake for 30-35mins

I thinks in that case you should add it already dissolved in water or milk. (Like mix the wet ingredients) (sugar coffee and milk )in the stove to make the coffee. Shiver, and then add the rest
