So good to see this. Harry is such a great ambassador for the club. He’s very well spoken and it always seems as if he’s looking to make a positive difference with whatever he is doing off the pitch. Credit to all the lads involved. Didn’t know Yatesy could pull such a mean coffee either!

I love this about our club to have such a caring attitude and to have a system in place to deal with mental issues. I am a 70 year old man and have grown up in a world where it has always been a “ man up “ mindset, so it is really refreshing that these young men have got a support network to help them through the tough times. Great for the future. COYR 🔴⚪️🔴⚪️

Most men have grown up being led to believe that emotions are a sign of weakness and should be kept hidden. As a consequence, few know what their emotions are telling them and what to do with those emotions. Emotions are simply the brain's way of expressing our perception of a situation relative to our ideals and values. Negative emotions are often a sign that we're not living in a way that's consistent with our values. For example, if you sacrifice time with people you genuinely care about in order to focus on becoming successful, it's quite likely that you'll begin to miss the human connection and start feeling low. The best advice I ever had was to prioritise what really matters - health, relationships, community - above money and possessions. In other words, don't sacrifice happiness to pursue things that you think will make you happy.

Agree with previous comment that Toff is a great ambassador and spokesman for our wonderful football club. I hope his career continues here both on and off the pitch.

Social media is one of the main contributors to mental health. Players and public wouldn't be impacted as much without it. As much as it's a good thing it also has it's drawbacks

Speaking here for I reckon 98 or 99% of fans: When something is said about your game, I realise that could be hard to hear. If thousands of people were critiquing each fans day job, I reckon a lot of those fans would buckle. However those fans want the best for you, you're playing for our club and we love you for that. Nothing said is personal, it is as you say, based on your 90 minutes that you've been seen. Please do not take anything further than that. You'll all have ups and downs, during a game, a season and a career. There are the 1 or 2% of fans that really become personal, please realise that they do not represent the majority of the fans. They're the kind that can't handle themselves in other parts of society, not just watching football. Keep your heads up, you're having a great season. Thank you for your hard work. One area where I think the connection could be better is that when decisions are made which appear odd to those outside (but maybe with good reasoning), that there is transparency so the fans know what is going on. Sometimes things are not transparent, I am talking about selection or player banishment here. I think that these kinds of videos help a bit on the transparency side. Good words chaps.

If someone is struggling, feelings about it is a symptom. And can be pretty hard to put words on if you don't even know why. It could be a "simple" thing as going with permanent stress for something, for some reason. You can't please everybody in a group and guys get different roles. Some will be in a more happy place than others, so mentality will be different for different individuals ...at different times. But I belive fx a game of football can be very therapeutic. Playing around with a ball can be very healthy also for mental health.
