I just did this for New Year and it turned out really well, delicious and like a sponge cake. I never thought I could ever do a successful sponge-like cake as I had failed on several tries in the past. Thank you. I’ve actually done a lot of your recipes and just did a few changes on others to add a personal touch. I wish I could attach a picture. 😊

Just made this! It IS soft and fluffy. Smells buttery. Just the right amount of coffee. At first, my crumble was too soft, probably bec of the butter. I think it was too soft to work with. Should be put in cold. Btw, I'm new to baking and this was easy to follow along! 💯
