Isa akong coffee drinker Doc at masarap ang tulog ko kapag nakainom ng kape. 64 years na ako at hindi ako nagkakasakit. Sa study ng chinese medicine ang kape ay isang herbal medicine kapag hindi hinaluan ng cream. Ang 3 in 1 na kape ang hindi dapat inumin dahil nakakasama sa katawan.

Ako 6 months na ng inum ng kape okay nmn po no sugar nga lng peo masarap po.. ang tulog ko po ay mahimbing pa din .. 4 cups a day ang naiinum ko

Good evening Dr. Sy. I was just waking up ( in this part of the world)when I received notification about this topic , coffee. I was apprehensive baka bad news ang maririnig ko. Mabuti na lang Doc. Inuna ninyo yong good news! Thank you. I am a coffee drinker 2 cups ( 480 ml) freshly ground coffee bean with cream and no no sugar. That keeps me going in my daily activities like gardening , cleaning the house ( daily chores). I can say drinking coffee is the only luxury I have in my entire life , in my age over 65 , and retired from working. I feel better after this video. Thank you so much !

🙏PTL🙏When i was at my young age, together with my dad’s drinks Cafe Puro but I drink 5times a day and made me coffee addict! Coz I was so amazed watching a building burning but my body was shaking so hard! Taking exams I can’t answer anymore because my hand was shaking. Thank GOD HE set me free from this. Now I’m free! Praise The Lord🙏😍

Good morning,Doc Gary!🙂I was once a heavy coffee drinker..4-5 cups a day. It keeps me going with all my daily home chores since high school till now. But I tried to lessen it gradually because I'm becoming dependent on coffee every time I feel hungry. Now at 75,I drink coffee once a day,black without sugar. Been doing these for a year now. Just the same,it keeps me going with my home chores..gardening,washing my own clothes,3x a week and beddings,etc,once in 2 weeks. Thank you for this very informative video and may God bless you always with good health and happiness with your family. Looking forward to more videos. I used to be COFFEE ADDICT , but after 8years ,heart patient ako, i REDUCED ng Twice a week, n Black na, in fact znagulat ako after my heart operation sa Muscat, 3rd day, d doctor who operated me ask me wat i want, wen i open my EYES, I READILY ANSWER COFFEE, He Agree 100$ wd d best Smile, YES,OK, GO, as he is an OMANI CARDIO, pero i try to drink small size daily, before 3 to 5 glass DAILY, even my husaband said if i drink coffee ,I sleep like a baby, pag hindi ako uminom, i cant Sleep. Thank U, its Always WORTH everytime WATCHING n LISTENING to YOU, thou Wer Old, GOOD Caring People, Give US Satisfaction na kahit Not Well known to US, more than ur Own relatives n friends Are D Ones Giving You COMFORTS, its Hard to find, Real People, lalo if ur Alone Growing Old. Good morning Dr. Gary, every morning after my daily prayer manunuod kami sa video mo kahit kami po ay hindi up to date sa panunuod sa video mo at least may natutunan kami na makabuti sa katawan namin lalo na malapit na kaming maging senior citizen. I'm 66, been drinking a minimum of 5 cups a day, but never had any of the bad effects that you have cited. I must be so lucky indeed. Coffee makes me physically energetic and so peaceful inside. I have no ailment at all like diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, etc.

Cheers to Doc Gary Sy! I drink one cup of decaf coffee a day with very little honey just to reduce the bitter taste. No other additives. I feel great.

Ay salamat doc. Gary Sy, sa information mong ito, sobrang masaya aq sa nlalaman qng to mula sau kc prang hndi mkatulog pag hndi aq mka inom ng jimms coffee.... Tsaka hndi q na kailangan na lagyan pa ng asukal bagkus nilalagyan q pa ng 2pang tasang mainit na tubig,,... Dati pag umiinom po ako ng kape hindi po ako makatulog. Pero ngayon nasanay npo ako. Nkakatulog na po ako pag umiinom po ako ng kape. I think po kaya hindi po ako nkakatulog dahil nstress po ako sa mga naging bf ko po. Kaya ngayon no more bf no more stress ang iha. More sleep ang iha. Ang LORD JESUS CHRIST na lng po ang isipin ko po.

Napakasama sakin nyan pag inom ng kape energy drink at pagkain ng chocolate pagka nasobrahan ko nkakaramdam ako ng panic attack panginginig ng katawan at sobrang pananakit ng ulo kaya hinintuan ko na yan pagkain at paginom sa mga yan. Bad effects of coffee🌹: anxiety, disrupt sleep, panic attack, palpitation, raise BP a little bit, addictive , missing a few cups to withdrawal, vasoconstriction( blood vessels), restlessness , shakiness, rapid abnormal heartbeat , dehydration…etc.digestive issues- hyperacidity, GERD, frequent urination , urgency etc…. i love this content so much,, very accurate and informative..lahat ng side effects being mentioned ay naranasan na ni mister ko. sad to say his been adddict of coffee since high school days at the rate 8 cups a day. Good thing is hindi sya mahilig sa asukal. it may sounds so funny pero totoo yan. and he decided to stop when he feels all the side effect mentioned before..now he completely stop drinking coffee but unfortunately, he had to take a cup of coffee since he had an asthma. 1 cup of coffee is enough for him to breath easily for just a couple of hours..sabi nya, sapat na toh para maka tulog.. kung sa iba, kape pampagising, ginawa ni mister pampatulog kasi during bedtime umaatake asthma ni mister...but i love all the content in here it helps me a lot to assist my husband on how to manage..so far okay naman dw sxa sa daily consumtion nya. ingatan ko na lng baka maging adddictect muli. He got asthma at the age of 21. now, 34 na po sya. and he manage well his asthma without any inhaler. only a cup of coffee alone lng para e clear ang air passage nya. Thank you so much Doc. Sy. we love you and more power po..God bless po.

I used to drink 3 to 4 x a day. Now I'm down to 1 cup a day. Just in the morning. Since I have the covid last year, my heart occasionally has arrhythmia ( esp. Increase heart rate) and i feel like i have anxiety attack. So down to 1 sometimes 2 if i need to stay awake during the day.

Thank you so much, Dr. Gary Sy, nliwanagan na po ako, regarding sa paginom ng kape. Everyday, I drink 1 mug of coffee, but once a day lng po. Msakit ulo ko po doc once na di po ako nkainom ng kape in 1 day. Only in the morning. Thank you so much.

My parents loved drinking coffee then, but they left at their 60's. It's not true that coffee drinkers live longer than those who are not.
